2026 Municipal General Election Qualifying Documents

The right to vote is one of the fundamental liberties we enjoy as Americans. It is also one of the greatest civic responsibilities U.S. Citizens have. Exercise your right to vote and understand your responsibilities as a voter.

If you are not already registered to vote in Florida, eligible individuals can register to vote at any time. The deadline to register to participate in an upcoming election is  29 days before the election.

Residents interested in voting absentee may visit the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections Office at 240 S. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, or any satellite office, including the North County Courthouse at 3188 PGA Blvd, Palm Beach Gardens. To have an absentee ballot mailed to you, call (561) 656-6200 or visit the website at  http://www.votepalmbeach.gov/Voters/Vote-By-Mail.

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, persons needing special accommodations to qualify as a candidate should contact the Office of the City Clerk at 561-845-4090 no later than 48 hours before the opening of the Qualifying Period. If hearing impaired, telephone the Florida Relay Services for assistance at 1-800-955-8771 (TDD) or 1-800-955-8770 (Voice).
