3. Qualifying Life Event / Adding Dependents

• If you are adding new dependents who are not currently enrolled on your
County medical, dental, or vision benefits plan, you must submit all required
dependent documentation (ie. Birth Certificate, Marriage License, etc) to
Human Resources by Oct. 28 at 5 p.m.
• You can now submit all documentation using Bentek
