Property Maintenance Division

The Property Maintenance Division consists of custodians, painters, carpenters and electricians, all of whom collaborate to maintain all the City-owned offices and buildings. This Division also installs and maintains street signs, directional signs, information signs and stop signs, and prepare signs for special events and activities of the City.

Functional responsibilities:

• Performing minor building renovations and construction
  
• Providing minor electrical repairs and services in and around City Hall
  
• Providing property maintenance services
  
• Painting the interior and exterior of all City offices and buildings
  
• Installing fences, short sidewalk segments and guardrails
  
• Parking lot striping
  
• Performing streetlight repair/replacement in conjunction with Florida Power & Light
  
• Maintaining ballpark lighting and security lighting around City buildings
