Our Facility

The Riviera Beach Public Library is located at 2129 N. Congress Ave., Riviera Beach, FL 33404, opposite the post office just south of W. Blue Heron Blvd. The Library shares this space with the City’s Youth Empowerment Center, representing the importance of its function in preparing future leaders of our community.


The building offers a small café and lounge area at the front entrance. The Library contains a Periodicals section, an Adult Fiction and Non-Fiction section, an African-American Room together with our Archives, a public conference room, a state-of-the-art virtual reality room, a hydroponics lab, a computer lab, and classrooms. There are also sections of materials for Children and Young Adults.

From I-95, take the Blue Heron Blvd. exit, head east, turn south onto N. Congress Ave., and you will find our Library on the right, across the street from the Post Office. On the Bus, take Route 20 to Stop #3002 (Congress Ave. @ Blue Heron Blvd.), or Route 30 to Stop #2822 (Blue Heron Blvd. @ Congress Ave.).
