Requirements

The agency requesting a burn permit must provide the Fire Prevention Bureau with a letter of approval from the property management and owner where the burn will be held.

The agency representative will complete an Open Burning Permit Form that requires signatures from  a Fire Rescue Representative and the Responsible Party for the Open Burning.

Fee Schedule

Burn Permit - The cost is $100.00 for each burn permit. - The payment is accepted by cashier's check, check, or money order.
