The City Council of the City of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, November 04, 2026, at 6:00 PM, or soon thereafter, and from time to time thereafter as necessary, at the Riviera Beach Marina Event Center located at 190 E 13th Street, Riviera Beach, FL 33404, to consider for Adoption the following Ordinance:
Ordinance No. 4312
An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Riviera Beach, Florida, amending the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Riviera Beach to implement its Evaluation and Appraisal Report (EAR); amending the City’s Long-Range Planning Horizon From five (5) And ten (10) years to ten (10) and twenty (20) years for consistency with the Florida Community Planning Act, Chapter 163, Part II, Florida Statutes; providing for transmittal, conflicts, severability, and an effective date.
Interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed Ordinance.
Copies of the proposed Ordinance and related background materials are available for inspection at the Development Services Department at 600 W. Blue Heron Blvd., Riviera Beach, FL, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, except holidays.
