      Attention Riviera Beach In accordance with the Article Il, section nine (9) of the city's Charter titled "Meetings of City Council" a Special City Council Meeting is hereby called to be held Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at 6:00 pm at the Riviera Beach Event Center - 190 E. 13" Street, Riviera Beach, FL 33404 to discuss and deliberate on the following Topics: Public Hearing Notice FY 2027 Budget, Capital, and Millage Rate Hearing Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at 6:00 pm - City's first public meeting on the on the operating budget, five year capital plan, and millage rate. Please take notice and be advised, that if any interested person desires to appeal any decision made by the Council with respect to any matter considered at the meetings, such interested person, at their own expense, will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based (F.S. 286.015). Interested parties may appear and be heard with respect to the proposed Ordinance(s). In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, persons needing special accommodations to participate in the proceedings should contact the Clerk's Office at 561-845-4090 no later than 48 hours prior to the proceedings.
