      JUNE 18TH COMMUNITY MEETING
      The Gateway project, proposed by 2429 2525 Lake Drive LLC, is a redevelopment project at the southwest
      corner of E Blue Heron Boulevard and Lake Drive and is under review by the City's Development Services
      Department. The proposal includes 298 residential units (townhomes and multifamily), amenities, +/- 12,143
      square feet of commercial space, a marina, and associated parking.
