Composition and Qualifications:
The Board is comprised of seven (7) members and two (2) alternates with a minimum of three members having a specialization in the field of art, architecture, land use planning, art education, and/or design.

Function:
The Art in Public Places Board shall function as an advisory body to the City Council on public art policies, project applications, donations, murals, artist selection, site placement, maintenance, deaccessioning, and implementation of the Public Art Master Plan and AIPP program.
