 Attention Residents:

The City of Riviera Beach will begin milling and repaving work in several neighborhoods throughout the city as part of our ongoing infrastructure improvement efforts.

Schedule:

Work is set to begin on June 9, 2025 and is expected to be completed by June 23, 2025, weather permitting.

What to Expect:

  • Temporary lane closures
  • Noise and dust associated with construction
  • Limited access to driveways during active paving
  • Please follow posted signage and exercise caution in the area

West 24th Street leading to North 25th Court and South 25th Court (East of Avenue S) 

West 28th Street and West 29th Street from Avenue R to Avenue S including Avenue P from West 28th to West 29th Street. This includes a small section of Avenue R just south of West 29th Street approximately 200 feet.

To facilitate upcoming street paving operations, residents are advised to avoid scheduling major deliveries—such as furniture, appliances, or moving services—during this period. Additionally, street parking will be prohibited to ensure the safety and efficiency of the paving process. Please plan accordingly to minimize disruptions and support the timely completion of this essential infrastructure work.
