Service Update: Wastewater Main Break on Congress Ave The Utility Special District (USD) has responded to and confirmed a wastewater force main break at 810 Congress Ave. Our team is on-site and actively managing the situation. Here's what you need to know: • Repairs underway: Our on-call contractor, Hinterland, is mobilizing to help USD staff with clean-up and repairs. € Waterways are safe: The spill is fully contained within the swale — no local waterways have been affected. V Sewage flow controlled: We've isolated and bypassed the area. The lift station stays operational, and no additional sewage is being released. • Minimal traffic impact: The break sits within the right-of-way/shoulder on Congress Ave, so no major traffic delays are expected. • Notifications in progress: Compliance staff are completing all required regulatory notifications, including the Department of Health and the State Warning Point.
