4/19/2013 - Funeral arrangements are complete for the five City young people who died in a car crash on Blue Heron Boulevard early Saturday, April 13, 2013

The Office of the Mayor thanks Timothy E. Kitchen Funeral
Home for providing free professional services for three of the teens and Royal Palm Memorial Gardens
for free burial plots. The Mayor personally thanks Valerie Grimsley, director of the City’s Youth
Empowerment Program, who did a yeoman’s job acting as liaison between the Mayor’s office and the families.
