NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION CRA BROADWAY UTILITY BURIAL Riviera Beach COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY Location: Broadway Corridor from E. 11th Street to E. 27th Street, West Palm Beach, FL 33404 Project Description: The project consists of burying the overhead utility lines, approximately 4,200 linear feet, along the east side of Broadway. Connections from the buildings to the new system will be made at each property. The purpose of this project is to harden against strong windstorms that impact our community each year. Additionally, this is a beautification project that will provide decorative lighting and landscaping. Schedule: Construction will take place from October 6, 2025 to November 15, 2025. What to Expect: Contractor will be excavating, installing underground utility conduit, and restoring surfaces. Asphalt and concrete may have temporary patches until final construction of these items takes place. All landscape, sod, concrete, and asphalt will be restored. Work on your property may be required to connect the new underground system to your building. The Engineers and Contractors will contact you separately to describe the work on your property.
