Permit Center Lobby Hours of Operation Update Effective Monday, October 7, 2024 New Lobby Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Inspection Scheduling: Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. C O M PERMIT CENTER UPDATE Introducing Turn-Around Permits In our continued effort to improve service, the City of Riviera Beach is excited to offer turn-around permits starting October 7, 2024. Select permits will be issued within three business days of application. Conditions: Completed permit applications Permit fees paid upon submission Contractor registration must be current Eligible Permit Types: Flooring permits Residential water heater change-out Residential and commercial impact protection (existing openings) Residential A/C change-out (no duct work) Residential window replacement (existing openings) Coming soon: Residential re-roof (like for like) Exciting News!
