2/2/2024 - City of Riviera Beach Expungement Workshop
Do you have an arrest record in Palm Beach County? State Attorney Dave Aronberg invites you to participate in a SEALING AND EXPUNGEMENT WORKSHOP In an effort to assist our citizens, State Attorney Dave Aronberg is offering a FREE sealing and expungement workshop. He is being joined in this effort by the Riviera Beach Police Department, Clerk/Comptroller Joseph Abruzzo and Public Defender Carey Haughwout. If you were charged with a crime in Palm Beach County and the case did not result in a conviction or prison, you may be eligible to have a SINGLE ARREST RECORD sealed or expunged (hidden or removed). Come to our workshop and we will determine if you qualify and help you with the paperwork needed to complete your initial application and gather necessary court documents to start the process. Only adult cases that occurred in Palm Beach County in State Court will be reviewed. Any old paperwork on the arrest. Call us at 561-355-7373 if your arrest occurred before 2008. • A completed preliminary application to reduce your wait time. Applications can be picked up from any State Attorney location or online at www.sa15.org.
