Deandra T. Estelle is an accomplished audit professional and strategic business leader with over 20 years of combined public accounting, corporate audit, and executive management experience. As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Deandra brings deep expertise in municipal and corporate governance, risk-based audit implementation, and internal control frameworks.

Deandra began her career as a Staff Auditor at Arthur Andersen in Atlanta, Georgia, and advanced to Senior/Experienced Audit Associate roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers and McGladrey & Pullen in West Palm Beach, Florida, managing complex audits for major regional and national entities.

Corporate Audit Leadership

From 2003 to 2023, Deandra managed professional audit teams. She served as Senior Manager of Internal Audit and Control/Compliance Lead Auditor at SBA Communications Corporation, where she spearheaded operational, financial, and compliance work programs, directed fraud risk assessments, and acted as a key liaison to executive leadership and external auditors.

City of Riviera Beach Audit Committee Member

Deandra served as a member of the City of Riviera Beach Internal Audit Committee from approximately August 2018 to December 2025, providing dedicated governance and oversight before transitioning to serve the City directly as Internal Auditor.

Estelle Accounting and Assurance Services

From November 2017 through December 2022, her independent accounting practice, Estelle Accounting and Assurance Services, provided specialized accounting and assurance services. Its clients were audited under Government Auditing Standards, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS), and other rigorous frameworks.

Born and raised in Riviera Beach, Florida, Deandra resided in the city through her formative years before attending Florida A&M University and later moving to Atlanta, Georgia, to launch her professional auditing career with a Big 4 accounting firm.

Deeply connected to her hometown, Deandra remains actively invested in the Riviera Beach community.

Educational Mentorship

Deandra volunteers her time tutoring children in reading at Mary McLeod Bethune Elementary School in Riviera Beach, Florida—a school that recently increased its letter grade from a “C” to a “B.”

She serves the community through her active membership and commitment to Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
