Welcome to Riviera Beach - Department of Public Works

The Public Works Department maintains streets, canals and drainage systems, properties, and vehicles owned by the City of Riviera Beach. We perform these functions with four divisions:

• - Streets & Canals
• - Property Maintenance
• - Stormwater
• - Vehicle Maintenance.

We also have an Administration section within our Department. Additionally, the Public Works Department manages the solid waste pickup and disposal within the City of Riviera Beach.

Our mission is to provide a safe and efficient road and drainage system for the citizens of Riviera Beach. We take pride in providing efficient and effective services while responding in a timely manner. The Department performs these duties with a staff of 40 personnel. Our goal is to provide excellent Public Works services.
