The City of Riviera Beach is aware of public comments being made in regards to Stonybrook Apartments. It is not the intent of the City Council and/or City Administration to not respond to or ignore these comments. There is pending litigation in which the City is a named defendant and in which the Court has entered a gag order that prevents the City Council and Administration from making public comments about the case. Comments in response might violate the Court's order and the City could be held in contempt.
However, please know that the City Administration is monitoring the Stonybrook Apartments, and when the Court permits us to, we will provide any and all information in response to the public comments.
