5/3/2024 - Change in Telephone Number for Utility Bill Payments

The City of Riviera Beach Utility Billing is switching to a new payment service provider to improve the utility bill processing. This change will be effective on Monday, June 3, 2024. With this switch, our utility bill payment phone number will change to 1-877-878-7406. You can use this number anytime, including nights and weekends, to pay with major credit cards, debit cards, and checking accounts. Please have your account and customer numbers ready when you pay. If you have questions or concerns, reach out to us at (561) 845-4050 from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday (except City holidays), or email css@rivierabeach.org. We are sorry for any inconvenience and appreciate your support during this transition.
