The City of Riviera Beach adopted Ordinance 4001 on September 7, 2011. This ordinance was designed to provide a comprehensive means of monitoring lobbyists' activities and expenditures. Ordinance 4001 requires lobbyists to register with the City Clerk and identify the principal for whom he or she lobbies before engaging in lobbyist activities.
Lobbyist registration and reporting forms are available for you to complete at the Office of the City Clerk, City Council Chambers or online. Lobbyist Expenditure forms must be submitted to the Office of the City Clerk by October 1st of each year. All form(s) must be submitted to the Office of the City Clerk.
The City Clerk maintains a lobbyist registration log which is readily available for public review online or in person.
